« Great wolf is always a great time and a favorite of our geandchildren. But the room we got remained very warm and muggy even with AC on and we had a leak and n our bathroom from the room above us. They addressed the leak immediately and provided breakfast vouchers for our group. The resort may just need some upgrades due to its age. But great experience overall. »

« Fun and energetic family resort. I would stay here again if I was bringing kids. Lots for kids to do to entertain themselves. I probably would not choose this if I were not bringing kids. The mattress was uncomfortable and felt old and the walls are paper thin. Kept up by people partying one night and fighting another night. Also, the timeshare reps are a little aggressive and we had just rented this unit and were not interested in timeshare ownership or the "welcome tour." But all in all,...

« When you check in, after receiving your key at the front desk, you are directed to walk across the room to speak to someone that will “tell you which building your room is in”. This person does indeed give you a map, but they also try to “give” you 100 or a free vacation. I tried to politely decline. The woman I talked to made it difficult. This is the last thing a family of young children needs after an 11 hour drive. »
