« This is a fabulous property locally owned and maintained. I stayed four months in 2024-25 and 2025-26 in this now four-year-old property in a quiet family home subdivision close to shopping and restaurants. I love the sunrise and sunset views from the back yard facing the open desert. The house is very well equipped and furnished for an extended stay. The owner added TVs to the second and third bedrooms, a whole home water filter and softener, mesh wifi, and more between my two winter stays....

« The property is in a great location - central to almost everything - and in a good neighborhood. Overall, the house was very comfortable and clean. Has a nice outdoor patio and (if it were only warmer) the pool would have gotten a lot of use! « Great location. Very clean and well stocked. Dock was awesome and very convenient. Didn’t get the email with the key code until 5:10pm when check-in was supposed to be 4pm. Called, emailed and texted owners but no answer. Partly because of no reception in town so we had to tow the boat out of town again to try and get the code. Ended up going to Fishers Landing Rio Loco restaurant to get free WiFi so email with key code would deliver. All in all it was a great stay but next time I’ll confirm...
