« We arrived about 1 hour after the 4pm checkin time due to some traffic. We were not provided with the access code so we called the Host contact # listed via website. He said that the rental was not cleaned &gave us the code so we could verify. Since it was not cleaned, after about 30 min of regrouping, he offered another property about 15 min away. Arriving, the rental was very very hot & we were all sweating badly as we got ready for an event we planned since February. We brought this to the...
