« The property and especially the views are spectacular It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. This was our 4 th consecutive year sub Roosters Den and look forward to going again next year »

« We came here to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was great! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t pan out for us so we had limited use of the outdoor spaces but the indoor area was great with plenty of room and comfortable hang out spots for our family of 8. The kitchen was plenty big and we cooked most meals at home with a few times still heading into town which was a quick 10 minute drive away. « This was one of the best vrbo houses we have stayed at. We are a group of 13 women relatives and we have been gathering once a year for 13 years. Tonys' house was clean, roomy, comfortable and beautiful! there were lots of instruction sheets near things like Wifi, AC, kitchen and doors. These made things easy to use. We loved using the pool, especially since it was 95 degrees some days. We will be planning a return trip in the near future. Thanks Tony for the great place. »

« This was the perfect location for a long weekend! Very quiet, private, and the VIEWS! It’s only an 11 minute drive to Ellicotville. I know Ellicotville is Ski Country, and this would be the perfect stay for you! But, the 70 degree weather in late summer early fall is gorgeous too! The porch and all the seating!
