« We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter. During the night while we were laying in the room at least 2 roaches crawled across the wall. If I had not been exhausted from the drive I had to make I would...

« Nice staff but property is falling apart. TVs don’t have connection to cable or wifi. No maid service except they bring some yellowing towels sometimes. Toilet paper perhaps? Hey there IS coffee in the lobby. But the juice is orange colored water. My bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain. Had to go get one and install it myself. Another relative joined us, her assigned room hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest. Place needs work. »

« The room was ok & the beds were actually pretty good but the bathroom was honestly kind of gross. There was what appeared to be a new tub surround, but there was mold around it. The tub had been repainted at some point and the paint was peeling and stained. The baseboards were dirty. Honestly, had there been another hotel that was open nearby & if we'd been able to get a refund, we most likely would have gone somewhere else. »
