« The rental was cute, clean spacious had thoughtful amenities like a clothes steamer which saved me to get ready for an event that I was attending. Nice lighting the balcony was quaint as well. My only complaint was that there wasn’t creamer and shower soap which was minimal. I really enjoyed my stay and would book again. »

« What a great stay. The Carriage House is steps away from Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Belmont. And we were able to easily walk to the Gulch and even downtown. There are also a few cafes and shops just a couple of blocks out the door which really contributed to that neighborhood feel. The apartment itself is spacious, well maintained, comfortable and very nicely stocked with all the amenities you could need. Laundry too is a plus. Thanks so much -- we'd love to return to the Carriage House next...

« The location was good for our needs. Overall nice place to stay. I would encourage their cleaning crew to do a little better sweeping the floors, and put a hanger in the shower for the soaps/shampoo. »

« Family of 4 (2 teenagers), 4 night,. Location, price, size, kitchen, w/d, and free parking were the perks. As others have noted, cleanliness is a serious issue. Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. The kitchen window was open even though it was over 90 degrees outside. A bag with sofa bed sheets was stuffed with sheets that weren't folded and we couldn't...
