Being first timers to the island, I had several questions that were answered very quickly. « Check in/ check out was easy.1st Choice communicated very well and provided a nice welcome package with essentials.The property is comfortable and cozy. The location is very convenient to everythingAs someone else memtioned i would update info regarding pool passes as it was a little expensive for 5 guest passes.Not suprisingly, because of the wooded location, there are a lot of ants. If you leave anyting sweet on the counters expect a swarm. The Terro ant killer i found under the sink worked...

« Place was just as described. View was amazing! Crabbing pots already at the end of the dock! Place was a little out of the way but that was ok with us. Backyard was covered with dragonflies so we couldn’t relax in the yard but the end of the dock was a great place to relax! Small beach area was not accessible and would’ve been nice to have a ladder off the dock to access it. It’s a new listing and they could improve on a few things: new front door knob, microwave, new stove (broke on day 4) »

« This house is perfect for a family vacation at the beach! There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, with a huge and comfortable living room and kitchen space. The hosts offer the warmest of welcomes, and the house is well-appointed with basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. The neighborhood is within driving distance to the beach, but not in the middle of beach traffic. We recommend a visit to Coastal Wilds too--a hidden gem in the area! »
