  • Renovated kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms!! Sleeps 6 (2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa). Single family home, centrally located in Berlin, Md. with easy access to Ocean City, Assateague Island State Park, and downtown Berlin. This property comes with washer / dryer, microwave, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, sink), large family room, dining room w/ sitting area, wet bar / coffee bar, central air condition and heat, large back yard, deck, private recreation area (grill, fire pit, picnic table), and AMPLE PRIVATE PARKING for your trailered recreational vehicles.

    Enjoy local beaches (Assateague Island and Ocean City), wild horses, water sports, local distillery / wineries, local festivals / events, local farm fresh produce, great restaurants, golfing, MD blue crabs, and surrounding amenities. After your day out, you can return to your own private oasis of leisure and fun at this relaxing getaway!

    Amenities: 3 smart TVs (family room / primary bedroom / sitting room); strong internet; appliances (toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and blender); cookware and cutlery; downtown Berlin approximately 1/4 mile away; Ocean City approximately 7 miles away; Assateague Park approximately 7 miles away; primary bedroom has a queen bed; second bedroom has two twin beds; family room has a queen pull out; linens included.

    Availability: The property is available for rental any day of the week (minimum 4-night stay during peak season and minimum 3-night stay off season). Check-in is after 4:00 pm. and check-out is 10:00 am.

    Linens included: Linens include mattress cover, fitted and flat sheet, pillowcase, blanket and comforter. Bath towel sets are provided for the number of registered guests.

    Best Management Cleaning Practices: We value your health and safety. Our cleaning practices are in accordance with CDC guidelines. Sanitizing and cleaning disinfectants are used after each guest. This house was perfect for our family of four. The yard was lovely with lots of land and space between houses. We were very close to the Cute town of Berlin as well as only 15 minutes from Assateague State Park and Ocean City. The host was very responsive.We would be happy to stay there again.

The home is clean, cute and cozy. It was the perfect space for a girls weekend. The space allowed the five of us to have plenty of space, play games and fix meals. The host was readily available. We had a great stay! The cart and fun stuff for the beach were great. We loved the cornhole too. This is a very safe neighborhood and was a perfect location to join our family for an event at The Inn Berlin and only 4 min away from mainstreet and 15 minutes from the beach.

The cottage was the best location if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of Ocean City, but close enough to drive to the beach and boardwalk.
