« Stay away from it! They have specific rules of how and when you need to contact them in advance to get a link for checking in. I contacted them several times. They never responded. I talked with hotels.com customer service. They, too, chased them but didn't hear back. Customer service told me that if I can't check in upon arrival, they will relocate me. « Property was nice. Fire alarm went off mid Saturday morning. No explanation provided. Very upsetting trying to get out. Main restaurant service Friday night was not good. We waited a very long time for food. It was not crowded at all. »

« Such a cool place! Gorgeous interior designs and very comfortable. It felt like being in a museum with walls full of art, crystal chandeliers and antiques. We had the botanical room and it was fun and upbeat. It was a small room but still comfortable. The bed was so soft it was difficult to get in and out of it, but otherwise we really enjoyed it. The exterior is very cool as an historic property. The neighborhood feels a bit neglected but the property itself is great. We stayed here to travel...

« The apartment we stayed in was very nice for the price we paid. We did have minor issues when arriving to the house but the property managers were very quick to respond and solve them for us. The included parking and bus stop right in front of the house that takes you downtown was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay! »
