« Fantastic apartment located just over a mile from downtown Detroit. Apartment is clean and spacious and the location is convenient to downtown amenities. »

« It’s definitely an apartment with a wroth it price. »

« Muy limpio y con excelente ubicación »

« Dirty bathroom. Black curly hair scattered in the tub. Took pics. Found cleaning supplies to clean before use. Bed had sheets which had been slept on. Dark longer hair. Took pics. Wrinkled. Changed the sheets with worn sheets I found. Old dirty single sock under bed and visible. Old stained rough towel to use when bathing. Needed washcloths and finally found in a basket in front hall piled together. Wanted to make coffee. Old used coffee bags opened with expired dates. Using coffee opened anyway...

« We enjoyed our stay! Neat building and loft, but definitely an old building so some of the negatives were expected. The A/C is a window unit and I could see it possibly getting a little stuffy in the loft on very hot days if you didn’t keep up on it and if you spent more time there than we did. The blackout curtains help though. Nice walk to downtown and the riverwalk is also super close. The pillows I had were terrible so pack your own and we did find some trash under one of the beds not from...

We rented the 2nd/3rd floors of this townhome. 1) The air on the 2nd floor did not work the entire stay. This was the 4th of July and it was HOT! We could not use this floor that was the living room kitchen and dining room areas. 2) There were gnats/fruit flies everywhere on 2nd and 3rd floor areas including the...

« Nice property. Pretty simple. But a good Midtown location. Walkable to the stadium and venues Downtown, but also some bars the opposite direction. Easy check in. »

« Finding the key was a bit of a hassle much like a quest. The instructions included find the lock box above the one with love written on it, on a fence of lock boxes. The unit was nice and clean and as described. There was a basket of treats which nice. I would have liked more coffee pods there was only one for each day of our stay. The walk up the four flights of stairs with our luggage had us gasping for breath lol. the place was close to downtown only $20 Uber. Overall great little get away...

« Thank you for the cozy and quiet stay. »
