« Pharis is a great host. Very attentive and very nice and helpful. The condo was SPOTLESS! Very well stocked. Bedrooms and full baths on opposite ends. Great location. Walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. The hill might be a struggle for some but plenty of parking available if you have to drive instead. Also plenty of parking at the condo. Nice property to walk your dogs. My sister and I felt safe. Only 5 miles north to Boone to major grocery stores if you need a Publix or Food Lion....

« We enjoyed our stay, but would recommend having a better cleaner as there was hair still in the bathroom from the previous guests, half of the dishes were dirty and the dishwasher didn’t work so we ate out our whole time and only went to the room the sleep. When we first walked in, I was greeted with a huge spider web stretched across the living room, I ran right through it not thinking to look for spider webs in the living room. « This is by far one of the cleanest places that I have stayed in, all the way from the corners to even the baseboards, super clean! The condo was nice and cozy. The host was super responsive when I had a problem signing into the WiFi. It was right next to our event at Land of Oz. It was also conveniently located to restaurants in the Beech Mtn area and not very far from Banner Elk. I would definitely stay here again. »
