« It's a beautiful house with incredible views of the lake. The fireplace is wonderful. We had a stange start to our visit which was resolved with the help of several people and the owner made up for the early challenges in spades. Life happens and we work to reframe challenges as adventures. The owner said we could walk the beach for miles and that's no joke. We were able to bring our dogs on this trip. It was their first trip and they did great. They were even interested in the strange water...

« A wonderful, post-Labor Day getaway for those who would avoid the high-summer bedlam on Auburn Lake. Our mid-week, three-day stay encountered but a single jet ski; thus, we frolicked and swam off the paddle boat (provided) for hours without a wake in sight. Of the cottage amenities and overall impression let me say, simply, that we've never encountered a more thorough or conscientious host. « Wasn’t sure that going to the lake in sub zero temperatures would be worth it, but the view was spectacular and was more than worth it. The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Communication was easy and helpful. Great location. Was a quick drive to Sheboygan and Cedarburg where we found cute shops and great places to eat. Already want to go back when we can sit outside and listen to the waves. »

« great communication with the owner--top notch towels and linens and very thoughtful kitchen supplies such as food storage containers for left overs and to-go coffee cups. the view toward the lake through the woods was so calming. our crew ended up being smaller than expected but so much room to spread out and play--really neat lay out to whole house and of course the basement arcade and ping pong table are great. »
