« Beautiful, unique cottage! Perfect for a weekend stay with comfortable beds and amenities. It needs a really good dusting and spider/bug sweep but bathroom and kitchen areas were very clean. Will definitely consider for future visits to Athens. »

« Nice place for 2 people quite so cute , We were right across street from road that took use straight to dock to rent pontoon or kayak. Definitely worth the trip and fun .Thank you so much rental family. »

« Very cozy and clean. Beautiful surroundings enjoyed the fire ring both evenings. Booking and check-in was seamless. Hope to book again at the same address in the near future. »

« The property was wonderful and the swing was awesome. Spent most of our time on the swing. The view was beautiful I only have a few smalls things. The water pressure was horrible and took forever to even wash my hair and the second thing was that it was inconvenient to wait until almost check in for the code to get in. It took us 3 hours to get there and we didn’t get the code til we were on the way and the cell service is horrible in that part of the country. Took a minute to get into app to...

We smelled the linens on the beds and picked the one that didnt smell as musty. Even bath towels had a musty odor. Couldnt find the fridge and host told us it was under the stove. Found it after figuring out how to open it. Its a dorm sized fridge, which would have been fine, but it was half a block of solid ice...

« This place is amazing!! Turn your calendar back about 20 years and enjoy everything here they have to offer and everything around you!! »

« I paid for the stay in advance and within a few hours the property cancelled my reservations and it took 4 days to get my money back »

« Great House! We came to Athens for mom’s weekend. This house was perfect! Thank you so much! »

« The kitchen is fully stocked, and the entire place is very clean. The peace amd serenity I experienced here were just what I needed after a few trying months. Pet friendly, my dog was in heaven with the pond and acreage to run. This hidden gem is just that, a gem. A little slice of heaven. Do pay attention, and bring food, as its at least 30 minutes to a store. »
