Well-equipped and large fitness room, great common area (lobby & top floor deck), safe/walkable area with close by restaurants, breweries, and more. « Our unit in the building was great. It is a loft in the old Pabst Malt House. This building has been beautifully restored and preserved and it is in a great neighborhood in Milwaukee. It is a great space to have pets. The whole building is obviously pet friendly. Building access and parking pass were all electronic. « My husband and I were in town for family weekend at Marquette and were lucky enough find this absolute gem of place! It was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The central air and water pressure was on point and parking was easy, too. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the quaint patio out back. (Maybe our favorite part!) While it was not in the center of town, the location was still great. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to Brady street and some nearby breweries...

« This was very well kept and in a great location. It was in walking distance from everything we needed, and we were so thankful to not have to worry about street parking during our stay. The amenities in the the building (rooftop patio and mezzanine level) really took it to the next level. We hope to stay again the next time we are in MKE. »
