« The apartment was very clean and had many amenities. Perfect location and very easy to get around on foot. We were visiting someone in the Frederick hospital and it was an easy walk. The host Rose was exceptionally helpful. We had put in the wrong date of arrival and didn’t notice that until we were on the way. We called her and she helped us fix it and made it seem like it was no trouble. Excellent host. »

« Pictures truly do not do this residence justice! We visited at Christmas time and the apartment was not only spotless, but beautifully decorated wiith seasonal decor. The host truly loves this home and it shows! Staying here was like being at a friend's, with all the little extras and homey touches you could want. Also, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Can't recommend it enough! »

This is a civil war era house.If you have a problem with stairs, first floor will be better for you - as the stairs from parking to the 2nd floor back entrance are not easy. Also, as this is a very old house, don't expect new, modern or posh.
