My wife and I arrive for a long weekend and were pleasantly when we arrived at the house. It was neat, clean, and perfect for two people. There were no noisy neighbors and although it is located on very busy Baltimore Street, pedestrian and vehicle noise wasn't an issue. Especially pleasing to us was the location! We were able to walk to the food and entertainment of downtown or to the shops and museums of the south end of town. If I could suggest one modest change. Replace the table and chairs in the bed/sitting room with a couple of comfortable chairs to sit and relax. Either way we will be booking this property again. Outstanding is all I can say!

Phenomenal location that cannot be beat! You're walking distance to every major shop/museum/attraction/restaurant on Baltimore Street or Lincoln Circle. But, by being at the center of action, you'll hear the traffic/pedestrians all night long. After a while though, it just becomes white noise. The historic building is very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Cool rooms. Plenty of space for our family of three. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would 100% stay here again!

Very Historic

This was a great place to stay. Location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything. Apartment was very clean and organized. But you need to remember, this is a historic building, and on the main road. You WILL hear traffic all hours of the night especially trucks. So if you are a light sleeper, this is not for you. I would also suggest maybe some hooks or a place to put your clothes in the bathroom. Kitchen well stocked with pot, pans, dishes. Kuerig coffee maker, toaster and a regular coffee maker if you so choose.Would definitely stay again!

In the heart of it all!

Historic property right on the Main Street through Gettysburg. Could not ask for a better (or safer) location! 5-10 minute walk either way to everything a history lover would want to see (though drove to the battlefield bc it’s so huge).Apartment was pleasantly larger than anticipated, with a great amount of space for my 2 sons and I (and their army men battle recreation). Kitchen had basics, which was perfect for big breakfasts. Bathroom is huge with strong water pressure. Only suggestion is a comfy chair or love seat to collapse into after walking all day!Pete and Ben were also super responsive to my questions prior to trip. Would 100% stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and location was fantastic. Could walk everywhere in town and was only a couple minute drive to the battlefield. Great place to stay for a weekend in Gettysburgh.

A much anticipated trip.

My husband and I were finally able to take our youngest kids (18 & 21 years old) to see the D.C. area along with Gettysburg. The place is literally on the corner of 2 major roads in town. I was a bit surprised how near the traffic was. It could be noisy at times but did not bother us too much. It may bother others who are light sleepers. We enjoyed the time at Gettysburg and this place worked out for us. It was a little tight feeling in the sleeping space with 4 adults but we had fun. We really enjoyed the full kitchen and how close everything was to the place. We loved just exploring the shops in town after finishing out battlefield tour.

Great little place

Accomodations were perfect. The space is welll kept and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh. The kitchen with stocked with everything you needed from pots to pans to dinnerware.
