« The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils were there. Bedroomc clean with extra bedding available. Plenty of paper supplies and towels for bathroom. Steps to get in were narrow ( would not be good for those with walking disability). Only channel available on the TV was Netflix ( good thing I had my own access). WIFI was good. Walkable to all downtown stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. »

« The property was perfect! It is such a cozy place for a weekend getaway. The host was amazing and communication was great. My husband’s band Watered Down Whiskey was in town for the weekend to play at a couple local bars. It was the perfect space to recharge and relax after the gigs. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay and enjoy the space longer. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in town. »

« Sunny Side Up looks exactly like the photographs, only more charming in person. The main reason we chose Lebanon was its proximity to Maker's Mark and the Chihuly exhibition, however, it was a perfect home base for distillery tours in Lawrenceburg, Frankfort, Versailles and Cox's Creek. During our stay we were able to shop at the Sunny Side Saloon and have delicious cocktails at the Key Lounge and then walk around the corner to return to Sunny Side Up. « The host was always quick to reply. The duplex had everything we needed with LOTS of extra touches! We did not have to run to the store to buy coffee, snacks or routine supplies. We were very happy with our stay! »

« Nice property. Beautiful view! Porches are great. Being a basement apartment made it difficult to rest due to host up doing construction or something quite early ior late 4 a.m. however you look at the situation. Hot tub was on the upstairs deck which wasn’t very private even though there were curtains on either end. The house windows were still available to be seen by anyone who chanced to look. There were many nice conveniences such as bath robes, candles, toiletries , coffee, frozen food...
