« This condo was everything we hoped for. The host truly provides all the extra touches to make it feel like home. High quality towels and bedding, beautifully decorated, fully stocked cabinets. The view was perfect as well. Be warned Lake Town Wharf elevators are likely to end up on a Netflix documentary. Outside of that, the property had so much to offer. We were more than pleased. »

« The location is great — very close to the beach, and the property itself has a beautiful, pleasant interior. It has a lot of potential and could easily be a 5-star stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was cleanliness. The microwave wasn’t working, but honestly, I still would have given this place 5 stars despite that. What really changed our experience was how dirty the property was when we arrived. We ended up washing the floors three times ourselves, and I’m pretty sure they had never been...

« KC was a great and attentive host. Any and all needs were taken care of promptly. Property was nice and clean. The pools, tennis and pickleball courts were great! The beach was easily accessible and close to the pool. Family friendly resort. It is very close to the pier and most attractions also. I would recommend, and would stay again in PCB. »

« First ! We LOVED the location. Watching the waves and seeing the sunset was spectacular. What wasn’t so great was the non communication about the garage parking/ permit. Had to have security staff help me AFTER them telling me what to do. There was paper on the floor , hair balls on couch and on the floor.and bobbi pins under a chair. Crusted food on the counter.Clearly a rushed cleaning or didnt care about how it was done. Remote to tv in master bedroom was missing , and the tv in the bunk room...

« We had a great stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and fit our needs perfectly. We loved the resort pool and easy access to the beach. The host was excellent and made the check-in process simple and stress free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway! »

« This was my families 2nd time staying in this unit. Melly's communication was excellent as always, she makes checking a breeze and is quick to respond. Unit was clean with excellent views and the pools were well kept and clean. The condo's location is within several restaurants and even within walking distance to pier park if you enjoy a nice walk. The beach here is not overly crowded for a large complex. Would definitely recommend for others, Melly is an absolute pleasure to deal with. »
