« Nice and peaceful. Authentic ranch environment on an open range, with cattle, coyotes in the distance, and a couple of nice barn cats. The quarters are new remodeled. Very clean. Nice place to get away and slow down. Highly recommend this place when in town for A&M functions, or if you need a real getaway from city life. Just a few miles to the campus, and close to the airport as well if you fly charter. »

« The location is awesome. The communication with property mgr did not happen anytime before check in. When we got there we had to call back to back to get let into the house. Lady said no one was booked when we were in fact and provided our reservation details. She had no idea! When we got into the property it was not even cleaned! We had to hurry up and get changed for rehearsal dinner and leave. while gone the cleaning crew came. Smelled nice when we got back and beds were madeLike it should...
