« The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt »

When we arrived late in the evening and checked in, we discovered that there was no pull out couch. We messaged the host who didn't respond after multiple attempts to reach him until late the next day. Asked for a blow up mattress or a cot to which he completely ignored us for the rest of our stay. « there was just a couple minor items that we thought you should be aware of. 1st- the sink plug in the bath by the bedroom with 2 beds was not connected and when you pulled it up to fill the sink with water the whole stem came off in your hand. 2nd- the sheet on one of the queen beds had a hole in it. overall it was an easy process and the amenities were very good. thanks »

« Enjoyed our stay. We did ask for some coffee pods, or a coffee maker and never heard back. Hot tubs were broken. Which was a bummer »

« We enjoyed staying at your place. It was big enough for our family, clean and had needed amenities. We appreciate you going above and beyond to make sure we had pack and plays and high chairs. Communication was excellent. The only issue, which wasn't on you, was the indoor heated pool and hot tub at the resort were cold so we could not swim. The staff explained the heater had shut off during the night and the timeframe it would be warm again. That was one of the reasons we picked this...
