« We did not realize that this room was independently owned and not actually owned by the hotel. We could communicate with the owners through text or phone but text was listed as the preferred communication form. Owners did take awhile to respond which was frustrating when trying to request a late checkout. Other small things were left out of the room such as a box of tissues and no liner for the ice bucket. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the bathroom sink didn't work. Seeing as...

« Terrific home. Well furnished and comfortable for our family of 4. It is clear the home used by the owners as well, and not just as a rental. Very convenient to get to Deer Valley East Village for skiing with just a short (5 min) drive. Easy access to the hot tub. Luisa was very responsive and flexible.
