« We were in town for a wedding at a venue on Lake Conroe. The house is lovel, well-decorated with open common areas for conversation and tv viewing. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is amazing! Everything is well stocked with all the appliances you need and tons of pans and such that you can make just about anything you want. It is easily accessible from the nearby resort and a quick drive to grab food or hit the grocery store. And LIVE THE MASTER BATH!!!!!! We enjoyed...

« Where do I begin....The condo is beautiful and very clean. It is stocked with everything we could possibly want. It is amazing. I have stayed in several VRBO and this one was by far one of the best and stocked with all of the small appliances one could possibly want. Sam was very responsive to any of our questions. The only thing I will say is there are stairs if anyone in your party has mobility issues if could be a problem. »

« The house was perfect, and set in a quiet lakeside community. The Kayak's were great, and having the canal in the backyard to paddle out to the lake made it much easier.The house was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.Beware of Terri, the neighborhood Karen who did not want us fishing at the community park she claimed her family owned, and threatened to call the Sheriff on us. Insanity.... Overall I highly recommend, and would not hesitate to rent the property...

« We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julias April Sound home. It was the perfect stay for our family to celebrate our mother’s 85th birthday. Such a perfect location, clean, comfortable, and completely felt like home away from home. Great communication too! »

« A huge thank you to Kelly and Ken for being great hosts! Our family had a wonderful time. The home and property were fabulous. We enjoyed watching the deer, swimming in the pool, evening in the hot tub, grilling and playing games with the family. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! »

« This home is fantastic. We had an awesome time. And the house is gorgeous. Coming in the front door was breathtaking. The living room reminds me of an infinity pool. It was like you could walk into the lake from the living room when you walk in. First impression is everything. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities we looked for.
