« This place was perfect for our retreat from the Renaissance Fair. Everything was clean and well maintained. The view of the pool and the lake were great. We stayed at Margaritaville last year for the same reason but I definitely plan on booking this place, or something like it, in the future. »

« Upon walking in the environment was very welcoming. Personal touches for our arrival were set out. All kitchen essentials were there. Guestbook was easy to follow with detailed instructions. Host was easily accessible and great with communication. This stay was spacious and relaxing. Security check in at the entrance was polite and respectful. »

« Was there last year, same unit. Very nice. Fishing was terrible this time but that is just the way it goes sometimes.Last year caught over 100 fish in 3 days same condo unit.Owner are great, highly recommend. I hope to go back this fall. »

« This property felt as if one was at home. Warm and inviting. Host responded quickly to any questions. Lakeview, clean, overlooked the pool, boat slip at the property. The extra touches such as a coffee bar were great. The beds were very comfortable . Patio was perfect for enjoying the fireworks on July 4th. Pool was gorgeous and plenty of space to layout. Walking distance to Lakeview dining which overlooks Lake Conroe. Our family will be back. »

« I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony...

« Very nice condo with a beautiful view. The host was very accommodating and when we arrived there were snacks, breakfast items and soda drinks in the refrigerator. Very nice touch! »

« The host was super nice and easy to communicate with. The sitting area outside with the brook, the pool and the neighbors were all really nice. Parking was easy and convenient. The reason for 4 stars was there were bugs and food under the beds upstairs and we had to lift the microwave from off the top of fridge and plug in to use. Even with these things we still enjoyed our stay. »
