« The owner was very attentive and engaged before, during, and after our stay. The location was very close to the FSU campus which was perfect for us getting to all the graduation events we were attending. The residence is very well stocked to the point that it was a bit overstocked. « This is an A property right on the beach with tons of extras like a firepit and nikes you can ride to nearby hiking trails and stunning views of the Gulf from Alligator Point. We came for the Christmas holiday and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Tallahassee is close by if you need a break from the country and there are tons of small towns nearby with fun history. Make sure you check out the museums of Carrabelle for a solid exposure to the area's history and role in WWII. Great stay, great...

« Absolutely perfect! Amazing views! Our favorite vacation spot for sure. We usually stay on the other end of Alligator Point, we needed more space this year. I will say, if you are taking older folks, it is a lot of stairs. Other then that, perfect! »

« The house was everything you need to have a peaceful, fulfilling, restorative stay. The ocean is only a 45 second walk away beautiful trees surround the property. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the beach next to the house and watching the sunset every evening over the bay and through the pine trees, while mullet jumped and plovers peeped and dolphins gracefully swam at Bald Point. A wonderful place to rest and return to yourself and find peace. »

« I stayed for twelve days and it exceeded my expectations. The home is perched perfectly so you feel like you’re in the treetops with a full view of the water. Inside has an open layout that brings sunlight in from all sides.
