« Host was very responsive. We got in very late and Eric answered my calls when I had trouble finding the home. It is definitely tucked away in the trees! Centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Tallahassee and easily make it back for a quick rest. My son and I called the listing agent “our little treehouse” because it is surrounded by woods, very quiet, and very peaceful. The house is older, but the new carpet, furniture, bedding, etc made for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Eric! »

« Overall the house was great. Perfect size for our family of three. The host was very nice and helpful. We were delighted to meet him. The overall cleanliness of the house could have been a bit better seeing as the bathrooms were quite dirty and the floors were coated in pollen. Sometimes small details just get missed sometimes so we understood. The view and convenient location was really the selling point. Lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery.
