« Petit motel atypique , nous le savions en réservant ici … facilité d’enregistrement , la gérante est super sympa !! Tout confort , barbecue à l’extérieur , les autres voyageurs très agréables , ça faisait un peu camping familiale où tout le monde se parle et se dit bonjour .. rien à voir avec la France . Le lit est un peu haut et moelleux .. et les cloisons sont minces et ne sont pas insonorisées.. si vous éternuez il y a des chances pour que le voisin vous dises «  à tes souhaits!! » Panacea...

« We had a wonderful stay at the Spotted Grouper. The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico were beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, collecting shells, and really appreciated how close to nature the area is — including an unexpected bear sighting!We stayed in December, which was a great time to visit: cool and chilly mornings and evenings, with sunny, comfortably warm days. I traveled from Annapolis with my mom, and the trip was especially meaningful...

« This house location is spectacular the view is amazing we could sit on the deck for hours and just relax and enjoy. The house is comfortable. The photos should be updated to show the kitchen and the living room more. It worked well for our visit and would be amazing for a girls weekend. Would definitely stay again. »

« Our family had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone to be alone when they needed it, but absolutely plenty of space to come together. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils needed. The house is right on the water with convenient access. The front yard was perfect for our dog. The beach amenities were great. Contact with the host was quick and easy. We loved it and would love to come back. »

« If you love nature, beauty, privacy, and a peaceful riverside setting, this is the perfect place. During our stay, we saw manatees right by the dock, jumping fish, a young alligator, and plenty of birds. It is truly picturesque. The home itself is also lovely. Carolyn is an excellent host. This will now be our first choice for a rental whenever we visit Tallahassee. »

« Extremely clean. Well supplied kitchen. Screened in porch is best feature. Tons of pelicans to watch. Saw one dolphin. Would be a plus if the windows opened so you could enjoy the breeze. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Good location for exploring the area. »
