« Brad has great communication and provided spot on directions to access the unit. The outside was clean, there is a brand new fence surrounding to entire property, and the parking sport is conveniently located to the unit. « We had a wonderful stay at the Spotted Grouper. The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico were beautiful.
