« i mistakenly thought a "private garage apartment" would be atop a garage, but this one is behind. the apartment is perfectly fine, however, i would recommend that joseph contact renters earlier about the location and how to get in. he wasn't there when i arrived, i thought it was the wrong address, and only after a half an hour or so did i get the info i needed to get in. all the amenities are fine - i would recommend have a table setting or two (plate, cutlery - i saw a box of plastic cutlery,...

« We absolutely loved the proximity to the walking path behind the house. This, along with there being a school right there means it's quiet at night and you can hear birds instead of traffic in the morning. Also loved it being with walking distance of several cool eateries.We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Jason was wonderfully communicating and helpful and understanding when an app snafu caused him to get messages intended for another host. So happy we stayed here! »
