« Check-in was easy and they worked with me when I arrived earlier than expected. The room was huge, clean, and more than adequate. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and will definitely be back. It's very convenient to the Outer Banks and Alligator River NWR so it's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, birders (like me!), and wildlife photographers. »

« They did a great job renovating the Tar Heel motel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bring K-cups with you if you are a big coffee drinker and don’t pack heavy. This is the best of old school Outer Banks, reminds me of when my parents would take us to OBX in the 70’s staying at the Beacon. »
