« Beautifully furnished immaculate home with easy beach access. Centrally located near stores and restaurants. Loved the decks and deck furniture - fun evening on the deck feeling like we were “ in the trees.” A lot of love went into this place. Lots of nice “extras”: a keurig with coffee pods, tea bags and tea kettle, books and games , beach towels to name a few. Although there is no beach view, you still feel like you are on the beach. Highly recommended! »

« It was a shirt walk to the beach, the history of the cottage was very cool to read about. I love sitting on the porch listening to the waves. »

« The property is in a great location close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc., 2 minutes walk to the beach on the ocean side, 20 min drive to the soundside beach. 40 min drive to the nature preserve with the wild horses. Very clean. The house itself needs a little TLC, but this did not affect our stay at all. »

« If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Charming and very clean. We liked the old obx atmosphere - with a nice update. Great location with ocean views. The pool was refreshing with ample chairs. There’s a crow’s nest with pergola. Screened in porch on cottage 11 was spacious enough to have dinner outside and still have room to hang towels. « We have been to this property several times and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit! The location and amenities offered are just as described. We had no rain so enjoyed sunny days at the beach, sitting poolside, and cooling off in the pool. The early part of the week was a bit windy so could not swim in the ocean; however, by Wednesday, the wind had died down. We went shopping, out to eat, and Thursday the guys went off-shore fishing and had a great day on the water. Overall, a great,...
