« Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially because many of these same concerns were mentioned in reviews from 2024 and still have not been addressed.Upon arrival, we found multiple windows unlocked, which raised safety concerns. The home was not as clean as expected: the floors were spotted and appeared not to have been vacuumed, there were dead bugs in the corners, and cobwebs were visible on the kitchen faucet and front porch. « The place was very nice. Very quaint. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was extremely easy to communicate with. Short drive to downtown Nashville, the Opry, and the airport. Would highly recommend. »

« This home worked out perfect for our big family. Plenty space to spread out, beautiful view and location! The hosts were very accommodating & communicative throughout our stay. Everything was stocked and ready to go. Our kids had a blast fishing off the dock, playing in the hot tub, and bunk beds :) Next time we host family in the area, we 100% will book again. « Our family of five had a great stay. 40ish minutes to Nashville and a little over 60 to waterfall hikes such as Cummins falls. The pool/hot tub were a hit with the family. The kayaks were also fun with the kids.Couple of notes. No living room area so if you are stuck inside no easy area to hang out together. « We had an absolute blast staying at this lake house with our families. The location was perfect, the lake was incredibly fun, and the fireworks were absolutely phenomenal. Our son and the whole family loved every minute of it.The only thing we would do differently next time is rent the boat directly through the host instead of using the marina.
