Newly remodeled, Hot Tub, 70n inch tv Private Entrance, Convenient location

An updated, modern 964 square foot guest house overlooking a beautiful, natural setting. Just three minutes from Interstate 40, twenty or twenty-five minutes from downtown Nashville depending on traffic, fifteen minutes from the airport. We are 1.3 miles from Martha Station where you can ride the Nashville Star Train into Downtown Nashville. This apartment is separate from the other house on the property so that it is quiet and private just for you. There is a new 70 inch tv in the living room with 85+ channels for you to enjoy, a DVD player and also a smart tv in the bedroom. There is a king bed with a 12 inch Memory foam mattress, top of the line pillows and bedding for your comfort with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We also have two roll away beds with memory foam mattresses. There is a kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensils that you need to prepare any meals or snacks that you would like. We have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster oven. There is a washer and dryer as well. There is a large back yard with a large hot tub for you to relax in. The large patio in the back is a great place for you to sit and enjoy the waterfall and Koi Pond. We have indoor and outdoor dining tables. It is Nestled in trees on 5.5 acres with lots of space between neighbors to provide a restful oasis.

I loved my stay at The Guest House! It was remarkably clean, check in and communication was fantastic (although I had some app issues on my end, they were great), and the space is lovely. Of spacial now is how comfortable and cozy the bed was, one of the best I've slept in. If I'm back in Lebanon, I would decongestant stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The accomodations were comfortable, including an electric recliner. This was our homebase as we attended a family friend's wedding in the area. Even though the rental is next to a family home, we never saw the owners. They respected our privacy and only checked on us via email/text. While the owner sent very detailed directions on finding the property, we had a little trouble finding our turn in the dark. However, my son's GPS told him right where to turn. Once we found it, we did not have any more trouble.

The host was very nice and always reached out to check up on us! It was a nice secluded spot to go to after the rush of Nashville. We loved ending our nights in the quiet hot tub and comfy bed to sleep in!

It was an awesome place to stay for our Honeymoon. Country beautiful, with a personal Koi pond with waterfalls to put you to sleep peacefully. We even had deer to watch out on our private deck. Which we enjoyed right off our bedroom. It was very clean and very homey! With everything you need, including washer and dryer. Don’t need to worry about needing anything to cook or eat with. Nice big comfortable recliner and couch and nice big comfortable king bed, all bedding and plenty of pillows and blankets. The hot tub was an added awesome feature as well. We definitely give them a 10 out of 10 for comfort, convenience and cleanliness! They are the best hosts as well!

Wonderful place. The hosts are really nice people and are easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, I had to rushed to the hospital during our stay. The host called 911 and they stayed with me until I was transported to the hospital. So we didn’t get to use the hot tub or the firer pit.

5 out of 5 stars, would highly recommend! The guesthouse was clean, quiet and very private. The main house is in close proximity however the hosts were very respectful and never interrupted our privacy at all.

We really enjoyed the layout of the house, very functional and comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped, washer /dryer in good condition, tv was a perfect size for all to see and furniture was comfortable.The king bed was a good sleep and the roll away bed was doable.We would definitely stay again the next trip we make to that area.

Exactly as described and so stunning

My stay here was perfect. The guesthouse is perfect. They offer a ton of amenities. The shower is big and beautiful. The koi pond was stunning. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Will 100% book again if I’m back in the area. Only suggestion would be to mark the driveway a bit more. It can be hard to see because the mailbox with the house numbers on it is blocked by another mailbox….and coming from the other direction the numbers are scraped off and hard to read. The house is far back from the road which is great!!!! For privacy but since the pictures on here mostly show the inside and back of the property it’s a little uncomfortable knowing if you are at the right space.But that is so minor. This home is so beautiful I wanted to move in forever and everything worked and was modeled and decorated beautifully. 10

Property was very clean and comfortable. The outside space is fabulous. The fish pond, hot tub and outdoor space for relaxing. The host family was very nice and shared information, as requested. Anything we needed, the response was immediate.
