« This is a nice, cozy property. Great location near many wineries. Close enough for a day trip to waterfalls. It's pet friendly, which was great for our 2 small dogs. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat a meal or play games around the large dinning room table. The kitchen was well stocked and great for making pizzas and cooking breakfast. « Wonderful accommodations! Cozy apartment that was well equipped with farm fresh eggs to purchase that we used to make a breakfast meal! BJ and Barb gave us a tour of the barn with personal greetings from the goats and cats. This location is a short drive from the Corning Glass Museum and the Rockwell Museum that were our intended destinations. The farm was a lucky choice that added to the memories we have of this trip! « We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy.
