« Big Pasture Lodge is an incredible place and we found it to be everything that it is described to be and more! Kitty is an amazing host; she met us when we arrived to show us around and answer any questions. She also blessed with a delicious loaf of fresh homemade wheat bread she had just made! Our whole family loved it! We were traveling for a family wedding (2 night stay) and there was plenty of room for our 6 adults and 4 children. « Beautiful House. The view is amazing and the property is absolutely perfect. You can sit on the porch drinking coffee and watch the fish jumping in the morning. The area is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this property enough. It is a short drive into Mt Pleasant where there is a neat downtown area full of little shops with some great shopping. In the evenings, you can sit at the dock and catch catfish right by the boathouse. »

« My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Sitting outside on the front porch drinking coffee and eating the deer waa so amazing! The lot was perfect for our F250 (4 door) truck with an Express boat attached. We learned to make a circle around neighborhood to help make the backing into driveway easier. « What an incredible place to stay. The house is modern but cozy, there is so much space. The outdoor space is amazing. They have so many ways to entertain including paddle boards that my 12 year old loved. There is a wonderful doc that makes a nice place to fish or just sit and have a cup of coffee or wine and enjoy the view. I would highly recommend this place.
