« This was an excellent property and one of the best places I've stayed. Many rental properties tend to have poor furnishings and lack the warm, comfortable feeling of a real home. « Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. »

« This place was just about what I expected with a few shortcomings. Communication with the host and the check in process were flawless and check out expectations were clearly communicated. However there was an issue with a endlessly squeaky ceiling fan that we couldn’t turn off, there were no paper towels in the kitchen and none of the little touches that I usually find so welcoming, like coffee for the coffee maker.
