« The property was perfect for our family of four. Close to colleges (the purpose of our trip), hiking, and local breweries. We really enjoyed it! »

« The property was great for my large family. We all had our own rooms with bathrooms. The bathrooms are small, but it was great to have one in each room. The building is historic and the outside needs work, but it is still beautiful. The inside was clean with plenty of amenities to make it comfortable and it felt like home. The view is spectacular... the sound of the waterfall was majestic. The host was a text message away and answered all questions... we had no problems. We loved our time there...

« What a wonderful home. Exactly as described. Beautifully decorated. Nice fire pit outside. Richard is very responsive, which is great. We would highly recommend his place. »

« Property is beautifully situated on Cayuga Lake. House was clean and just left a note to let us know about the AC issue in the kitchen. Due to all the trees and other AC units, this wasn’t an issue for me. My daughter took a kayak out one evening from the dock. We went to the wineries along the eastern western edge of the lake and found the location to be good for our travels. »

« Everything was great. Perfect location for skiing and relaxing. The cabin had everything you need it was a perfect weekend »

« Great home with a ton of stuff to do with the family. Only downfall was a bees nest under the deck limiting our ability to enjoy the outdoor area during the day. When trying to address it with the property manager they told us someone was coming and they never came. When we tried to address this with them their answer was “stay clear of the area”. Unfortunate that the management company answers this way when given the chance to correct an issue. »

« Every time we return to The Little House on the Lot, we feel immediately at home. Everything we could possibly need is provided for. It is an oasis of peace and tranquility, and we enjoy our time there enormously! Thank you for creating such a lovely home away from home! Cathy & Joe, Rhode Island »
