« The unit we were at, electronic door was not easy to open, always frustrated to open and also the whole week we lived without any potential service for our towels or trush, so we had to do clean and maintain by ourselves. It is a self-service hotel and especially I tried to contact the hotel team after I checked in, nobody reply-- only before check-in and before Check out, they will contact customers. »

« Shower was not draining, could not find any trash bags or dish soap; wish the bedrooms had tvs and the kitchen was stocked with more cookware; some of the dishes in cabinets needed to be rewashed before using; would appreciate a light source in the living room; would suggest removing the desk and add more furniture, also would suggest removing couch from current wall as it is blocking the radiator heater and the curtains as well as the couch were extremely hot overall for the price fairly happy...

« Host was not returning any answers to my questions. Told my husband i do not feel good about this one. And sure enough 23 hrs before check in i get a message that our reservation has been cancelled. Now where are 4 people and 3 dogs gonna stay. Contacted another VRBO and she tried to upcharge use 400 because we were desperate. I get 10 days vacation a yr off from work and wasted 2 on this weekend that never happened. Thabks for nothing. »
