« Beautiful home right across a small street from the beach access path. It was very clean, well stocked »

« This home has a fabulous location. It should be wonderful once fully renovated but it was not described as being under renovation when we booked it. We arrived to discover the HVAC was not operable and we needed to use space heaters. Breaker had tripped in the room with the WiFi router and it took us a while to troubleshoot that. Lack of thermostat controlled central heat was not comfortable. Bathrooms were cold. Flooring is being replaced. Kitchen had new flooring. Living and dining area...

« Definitely a very fun house that has some thoughtful features for families. The spiral staircase is a very cool feature, but also keep in mind with small kids that there is potential for a head-banging risk if your child isn't looking. »

« The home was clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Excellent ocean views. Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved watching the deer wander through the yard!Only a couple drawbacks. On the stairwell to the upstairs bedroom, there is a beam that is easy to hit your head on. Also, there is a very steep incline to the beach making it difficult to access. »

« The stair were a bit treacherous for an 86 Yo and the 3 yo but the beds were all very comfortable and it was very well stocked with bedding and towels. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed and it was one of the few places we’ve stayed that had ice in the freezer, which was very appreciated. We expected rain every day but were blessed with sunny days after the first day of wind and rain. »

« Easy parking. Right next to the office and stairs so be aware you will hear noise from that and the people staying above you. No oven. Right next to the beach and close to all the shops. »
