« Sonshine Cabin was a much needed rest for our family. The property itself is a vacation with solitude and beauty. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. We will be booking this property again. »

« This place is as simply perfect . Cool night breezes sitting in The swing on the front porch and watching the sunset . Watching the fish in the pond and no noise but the bullfrogs and crickets. It was clean and warm very welcoming . »

« Manager was communicating properly. The interior of the cabin was a work of art, particularly the stairs to the loft. The location is just minutes away from the ark encounter. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a Walmart and dollar general. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. »

« The place was beautiful and well kept. Reasonably remote, you'll hear some lawnmowers but you won't see a neighbor unless you're actively trying to. Saw a lot of wildlife, rabbits, deer, butterflies. Electric, AC and gas were reliable and worked great. Wood stove looked so cozy, almost wish we didn't come during a heat wave so we could have enjoyed it. Wifi is spotty, so don't forget your LotR box set like I did, but to me thats more of a bonus amenity then a requirement for a remote...

« It was a great escape. Our attractions were ranged from 20 minutes away to 60 minutes. Easy to get back to when needing a break. My son is cognitively disabled and sensitive to noise, cabin was ideal for us. Eating out is stressful for us and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing our simple meals. »
