« No customer service. We had several issues- some quite serious, and it took 3 days ( we only stayed 5) to get any of them addressed. It was obvious our business was not important. I’ve requested a refund, but have yet to hear back. I would not stay here. If I could give 0 stars, I would! »

« Location! Location! Location! The RockHouse is a short , easy walking distance to downtown Bryson City(Polar Express). Our first family Christmas vacation was a big success and a significant part of that result was the RockHouse.
