« Water's Edge was just as described. It was clean, so organized, comfy and had everything we needed to accommodate our family. The beds and pillows were great, the kitchen well stocked, and you couldn't ask for a better location so close to town and The Polar Express. « This house was so nice and close to downtown Bryson City. We checked out The Road To Nowhere and the local watering holes. Great accommodations and very helpful with check in. The porch kitty was an extra bonus and was so cute! Would stay again! »

« Wonderful place to stay just outside of Bryson City. The first thing we were able to see when we parked at the home was the Polar Express train across the river from the house, and our child loved it! Just a couple of minutes outside of town, and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close by. »

« This was the perfect place to stay for a polar express weekend! Walkable to everything…we didn’t have to drive anywhere. « So I’m leaving this review here because it’s what we booked, but we actually ended up staying at the property next door (the Flat) because after booking we asked Lisa if she was able to accommodate us one night early. There was someone staying in the Tiny Home that night so she let us know that the property next door, The Flat, was available both nights and we could stay there instead. We were happy to accept and thankful she was able to make the adjustment for us to come in one night earlier....

« We had a wonderful stay! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and truly pet-friendly. Communication was excellent, we were even notified that the place was ready early and offered early check-in, along with a thoughtful travel playlist and clear checkout instructions.
