« This was a lovely little cottage on a shared property in a remote wooded area. The amenities (pool, fireplace, and trampoline) were great hits with my kids and the setting in the woods was stunning. The hosts were exceedingly gracious and kind. That said just note that the property is shared so you are utilizing the grounds of the host. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much. Was as described, though some wear and tear. Took us awhile to figure out all the gizmos but eventually we did and all worked well. Bathroom shower was very nice as was the jacuzzi. Nice to walk the quiet woodsy streets. Overall was a very pleasant stay. »

« House and property was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family getaway. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything you needed as far as linens, dishes, things to cook, and a nice outside seating area. Plenty of places to eat and see around the area too. We are definitely going to come back with family next time. »

« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...

« A great getaway for 2 in a quiet area. The house is beautifully updated with comfortable furniture. Very easy to work in the kitchen and it has all the basics for making your own meals. Jaime was responsive to my questions, although we didn’t have much. Spent an afternoon in the front yard sitting area for some R&R after biking. »

« Place was cute. The master bedroom was nice and comfortable. Didn’t cook on this trip but house had everything you would need. The little pond had frogs which were cute and we had a deer in the yard on the last morning which was fun to see. The hot water did smell like sulfur/rotten eggs but that seems common for this area. Angel responded very quickly when I had a question. This was very helpful. »
