« I went up here for an extended weekend, for the sole purpose of decompressing from work. Since this was the off-season the weather wasn't exactly the greatest, so I mostly stayed in, only venturing out for basic items when needed. With that being said, I quickly began to notice issues.1st, the indoor gas fireplace does not work! Not only does it not work, but apparently it hasn't worked since 2023. « We loved our stay here. This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! I slept like a baby the entire trip. Checking in/out was easy. We absolutely will be coming back for round two asap - highly recommend staying here ! »
