« The place was mostly clean. One of the bath mats was pretty old and maybe dirty. But otherwise it was clean and organized. The bedroom was MUCH darker than the pictures. The couch is very uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the amount of noise that came from the upstairs unit. Even with the white noise machine on the stomping and water noises in the middle of the night were impossible to sleep through. There was even a night when there was so much screaming that we thought about calling 911....

« So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same...

« The unit is a townhouse in a quite neighborhood. Thee unit was clean and tidy with everything we needed to shower, cook, and to hang out. James communicated very very well. Always a quick response and very kind and cordial. I would recommend this unit for a pleasant nights stay. My only negative is that the mattresses need to be upgraded.
