« The property is only a short drive from downtown & about 10 minutes from the Coliseum where ISU holds graduation. The house is small but had enough space for our party of 3. « Not the owner fault but the neighbors were slobs. Leave garbage in the hallway, and spilling stuff in the elevator and not cleaning up after themselves. Also the building stunk like pot.The apartment was very nice, but kitchen sink had a smell from not being used enough. Could use kitchen towels and wash clothes. Also could use a bigger fry pan for bacon etc. Overall nice place. »

« This was a perfect set up for our group of 6 attending a concert in Ames. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including plenty of space and only 15 minutes from the stadium. I also appreciated the extra touches like the welcome basket and to go coffee cups. Would highly recommend this place! »

« Hoped it would essentially be a huge hotel room at a reasonable price and that's what it was. Had stayed at the Staybridge for years but with their 2 bedroom suite now almost 500/night I had to look elsewhere. Had a wifi issue that was resolved within minutes as the host's response was immediate.
