« Townhome was clean. 4 of us stayed and had plenty of room. Check in and check out was easy. It was close to SDC. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked to have everything you needed. PLenty of towels and even detergent for the washer which was appreciated bc I forgot mine. »

« The biggest thing to note would be the immense noise problem. Not only can you hear every footstep from your neighbors, but every door or drawer being opened/closed, every toilet flush, and every word spoken. We travel a lot and this was by far the noisiest place we've EVER stayed. This was a huge problem for us considering we booked this place for a peaceful, QUIET getaway for our 20th anniversary. « We really enjoyed our stay—especially the pool, docks, and free kayaks. We also rented jet skis from the marina and had a great time on the water. The villas were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the space worked well for our large group (ages 1–80).There were a few cleanliness issues—some beds didn’t appear to have fresh linens, and some floors (including the game room) needed better cleaning. With a little improvement there, this would be an excellent stay. »

« Absolutely phenomenal condo! The space is unreal and was perfect for our 4&5 year old to be able to play without feeling confined. Loved having the bottom floor. We feel they could have added some additional info about direction to get to the unit as putting the address alone took us to someone else’s private residence. « The location was great, the scenery was beautiful, and the home was clean and new. Great amenities provided with the stay. The hot tub was a great relief after a long day of walking at SDC. « The space was nice, bed in master is small. Not crazy about door to garage not locking. Some areas need some attention ie the air duct vents. FYI: the window in the dining area may have a leak, no wall damage but the sill is damp, soft and warping. Someone should notify owner before repairs become even more cost. Overall we did enjoy our stay. »

"We’ve been on the road across the U.S. for the past 14 days, staying in all kinds of motels and inns, and unfortunately, the Crestview Inn in Branson may be the most disappointing place we stayed at. To start, the employee at check-in was cold and unwelcoming - no smile, no warmth. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, assuming maybe we caught him at a bad time. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a fridge and microwave, which was appreciated. However, our room was right by the road, and another guest spent the entire evening working on his car just a few feet from our door. It didn’t bother us too much, but it certainly wasn’t the most peaceful setting. The real frustration came the next morning. We waited over seven minutes for the shower water to warm up - not hot, just barely warm. Then we went to breakfast at 7:05 a.m., only to find the doors still locked. When they finally opened, there was no hot breakfast as advertised. No waffles, no eggs - just a few scones, some sort of white sauce, and a quarter pot of lukewarm coffee. When we politely mentioned our disappointment, the same employee from check-in (clearly not a morning person either) was rude and dismissive. After some back and forth, he finally asked how many waffles we wanted - one each - and he made them, as if controlling our portions. The syrup was stuck into a metal tray, which was both strange and unappetizing."
