« The place was sparkling clean with lots of paper products and a lovely snack basket and wine for a welcome gift! The location was perfect to the Marine Corps base at Quantico, about a 20 minute drive. We had 8 adults (3 elderly from different families), so the three upstairs bedrooms worked well for the seniors and the two bedrooms and large living room in the basement worked well for the rest of us. Highly recommended. »

« Our group of five families had an amazing time at this property! Everything was clean and as expected. The lake is amazing and the house has beautiful views. We had a terrific time kayaking, swimming, and enjoying the water. The hot tub was clean and the perfect temperature. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The common areas were perfect for both gathering together and allowing for people to find a little quiet space. I’d definitely recommend this place! »

It was so peaceful—you could only hear the birds—but still conveniently right across from a grocery store and just about a mile from the beach town. « We arrived promptly at 4PM, the check in time to find 3 foot of snow piled up all along the road, the entire parking area, drive way covered in snow and ice. We were in town to do some work for my niece so we had a few supplies on my van. My husband had to pick axe an area large enough for my van, we were then able to reverse in and leave my front tires almost in the street. Then we started making trips with our luggage, stuff for the kitchen etc across the snow and ice to the front door. ...
