« Excellent space with lots of character and charm. Great downtown location, we got to watch the annual Christmas parade from our windows. Plenty of space, comfy beds, hot showers. We hope to stay there again in the future. »

« Having a full kitchen and dining space was key as we cooked all breakfasts and several dinners during a 5 day stay with 3 adults. We experienced huge swings in weather (53F one morning and 12F the next) and during hot days the rooms were cool and during the freezing days, the older building was drafty but central heating combined with space heaters made it comfortable. The rental is conveniently located within walking distance to world class parks, museums, and MetroLink train to downtown St....

« Please put in light blocking curtains for the two bedrooms! There is too much light for just blinds. This is a great property, small footprint but the AC was reliable and the apartment is very quiet. It could also use a chain for the front door in addition to the combination lock. »

« Good location for getting around to locations all over St. Louis. Walkable to metro link stop and parts of Forest Park! Be aware if you have issues with stairs as our unit was up several flights of stairs but overall a very clean quiet and convenient place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to work with! « It’s very secluded from people and kind of hidden which I loved. Quite neighborhood and easy access to everything around. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. I loved the shower and it’s heated floors. It has many windows with great lighting. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing comforter and fluffy pillows. The only “problem” was there was no hand soap or hand towels so I had to go buy some hand soap and I left it behind for the next person. I would definitely book this place...
