« The cabin was super nice and clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. I probably wouldn't stay here again with more than maybe 12 people, so everyone can have plenty of space, but I definitely WILL keep Chandler Ridge in mind for future gatherings. « Lovely place! Felt safe and very private. Nicely furnished with comfy beds and a luxurious shower. Nice area by the river to walk. Amazing deck with a beautiful view. Convenient drive to Bardstown or a little further to the caves. Was able to get on 5g internet fine, no need to worry. I will note, it’s at the bottom of a pretty steep hill and I worry my Camry would have struggled in the rain or snow, but we had good weather. Just noting it might be a 4-wheel drive trip. »

« The Captain’s Cabin was charming, beautifully decorated, and VERY comfy! Jan and Tammy certainly went above and beyond with communication and treats including Christmas cookies! Our stay was just an overnight so we did not get a chance to appreciate the outdoor activities that the cabin grounds allowed (lake, stream, canoeing)…. Maybe we need a return trip?We would highly recommend the Captain’s Cabin. Beautifully maintained, very clean, well appointed, and it is just like sleeping in a movie...

« Host was very attentive with messages. Check-in and checkout super smooth. Place has so many things to do on top of being able to visit all of the sites close by. Perfect location and the local restaurants and bars were very unique and made our trip very memorable. Having all the things in the kitchen was extremely nice! We definitely felt spoiled staying here with the smoker, hot tub, multiple living rooms, and game shed. »
