Opened in 1946, The Beacon is a Spartanburg icon. It started off as a drive-in, ans now specializes in burgers and shakes. Long-time (nearly 58 years!) employee JC Strobel made the Beacon even more famous with his classic "Call It" when asking for your order. In his memory, a nearby road has been named JC Strobel Blvd. #troverdetour

« I am so glad we chose this place to stay. Not only was it in a beautiful location, a beautiful property, but the hosts were so welcoming and the house was so cozy and clean. My two teens and young son loved it so much they all asked if we could go back and stay longer just cause of how much we all loved the house and property.
