« A friend and I stayed for New Year's eve to be close to celebrations in downtown Hendersonville. We were pleasantly surprised with this cozy little apartment. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted. Parking was great. I loved the character and charm of the building. The host was wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely stay again! « The property was even nicer than the pictures, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!Our host was gracious and beyond helpful. Any time we had a question the response time was very quick.The surroundings are as peaceful as advertised-I think the only thing we heard was a dog in the distance.The property is only a few minutes outside Hendersonville-maybe 3-5. Everything in easy reach! »

« This experience was absolutely perfect for us. The host goes above and beyond to accommodate. The cottage itself is charming. Spotless and very comfortable. I have stayed at a few places when visiting this area including the Hampton Inn and this is hands down the most convenient and comfortable. »

« This is our third time at Nancy’s place. Love it as always. The porch is the big draw but the bed/pillows/shower and coziness is also the best! Nancy is an excellent host! We like to go Wed-Sunday as a lot of stores are closed on Sunday/Monday so we get the best of the best! You have to check it out! »

« Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions. »
