« We were hoping to finally get a break from hotels and stay at a 2 bed 2 bath and get a kitchen. We booked a month in advance and 5 days before they sent a email saying we were all set. On the day of check in we haven’t actually gotten the check in information yet so we call and nobody picks up. Vrbo wasn’t able to reach the host either.
